Summary of a Rhein-Neckar-Zeitung report covering the Zuse Hüller Hille Kick-Off-Days, July 3 2017)

Mayor Jann hit the nerve of our startup and anniversary celebrations when he said “It’s definitely not a given”, meaning the chance to celebrate after some stormy years and one or another crisis. For Zuse Automation, Mosbach-Diedesheim is not just a production site. Ralph Christnacht, CEO Zuse Automation: “We were looking for our own platform, and with Hüller Hille found exactly what we were looking for” Mr. Christnacht was greeted by Hüller Hille employees with various presents, also introducing the latest product innovation at the site: A Zuse Hüller Hille NBH 630 5X, made not to cut but to be cut into delicious pieces of cake.

Zuse Hüller Hille is starting out new, and an optimistic view accompanied the celebration days. Joachim Krischke, Project Manager Development: “We know that we have to change”. And indeed, change, flexibility and transformation are the only key to success in the modern production world. Zuse Hüller Hille machine tools are produced by a “just-in-time” principle. This means that modules are purchased and assembled at the plant instead of manufacturing each single part. In this way, Zuse Hüller Hille is able to adapt flexibly to the market, meeting highly specialized customer requests in the shortest of time. Read the full article in German here.

We celebrate the Zuse Hüller Hille Kick-Off-Days from June 28th to 30th 2017. And we have two grand reasons for celebration: first, our 70-year anniversary of a long-established, premium quality machine tool brand that originated in 1923 with engineer Dr. Karl Hüller in Ludwigsburg, and which has navigated through German history ever since then from the second world war up to the 1970’s oil crisis, to finally arrive at an unlikely handshake with the start-up called Zuse Automation.

Firmly planted on proven quality, driven by a new vision of shaping  products, Zuse Hüller Hille high-precision machine tools starts into the next 70 years to form the future we live in, from electric mobility up to smart medical technology and the discovery of open space. Zuse Hüller Hille gets it started, no ifs and buts. Follow all event highlights on this blog!
